We will let you know when the time is right for your child to transition back to their home school. At this time, we will support your child to make the change as smooth as possible.
The transition process
You enrol your child at their new school with the following items:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of address
- Immunisation record
Orientation Day
We encourage you to organise an orientation visit at your child’s new school. We will support your child to make the orientation visit a positive experience.
Transition Report
We provide a detailed language report that outlines your child’s learning profile along with strategies to support them in the classroom.
Teacher Workshop
Your child’s new teacher will be invited to a full day’s workshop with us in term 1.
